Mindset Setting Package

Service Description

The mindset setting package will provide you with the platform to explore at a deeper level into behaviours, thought patterns and beliefs. This will provide the platform to look at the goals you would like to set on a deeper thought processing level. We will start with the present moment working towards using the GROW model, Wheel of Life, SMART Goals and the BE DO HAVE model. It will be an intense reprogramming of behaviours, challenging limiting beliefs and action planning for short, medium and long term goals.
