In undertaking life coaching with me, you will identify your priorities, understand your motivations, and uncover the practical stepping stones which will get you where you want to be.

ABOUT ZOHARA
I am a qualified life coach with extensive experience working across drug rehabilitation services, social housing for vulnerable groups, for the first Muslim-led housing association and for Disability Equality in Education. In short, I have a strong history of care and a sensitivity to diverse needs.
My approach to life coaching has two key ingredients: positivity and motivation. We are always working towards your goals, and that’s a good thing! This is a safe environment to discuss your ambitions and challenges, and it’s an environment free from judgement. For life coaching to be a success you need to be committed to yourself and achieving your goal. Not every week is better than the last, but we can learn through failing and success together.
THE PROGRAMME
Intake session: FREE
Core to life coaching is the relationship, and without an initial meeting, we can’t know if I’m the right fit for you! In this free half hour session, we will:

Talk about where you are now, and where you want to be

I will share my approach and answer any questions you might have

Get a feel for our compatibility and make sure this is the right system of help for you



What You Can Expect From Our Sessions
This process begins with you. You’ll be asked questions and really listened to, you’ll have your thinking challenged and perspective broadened. We’ll identify challenges or unhelpful thought patterns and help you to find a more resourceful state.
At the end of every session we’ll agree on an action plan for the coming week(s) which will be a point of discussion in our next session. We can learn through our perceived failings as much as through our successes, and in this non-judgemental environment you’ll reflect and learn from your experiences.
Sessions are 60 minutes in duration and can be carried out in a format that best suits you, whether that’s over the phone or a virtual meeting, a meeting in the park or conversation over coffee.
