Refund Policy

By purchasing coaching packages or sessions, the Client acknowledges their commitment to the process and its completion. However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may occur. While the following general guidelines apply, requests for cancellations and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We encourage Clients to remain dedicated and engaged, and in turn, we commit to exercising discretion and offering goodwill gestures when appropriate.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following policies govern refunds and cancellations for Coaching Packages:

  1. Package Cancellations & Refunds: Clients may cancel their purchase within 24 hours of the transaction and request a refund, which will be subject to a 5% transaction fee. To initiate a cancellation, please submit a request via email to info@zoharalifecoach.co.uk

  2. Rescheduling Sessions: Once scheduled, sessions are considered confirmed appointments. However, clients may request a rescheduling, provided that a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is given

  3. Missed or Late Cancellations: Sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

Partial Refunds: In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent the completion of all scheduled sessions, clients may request a refund for the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be processed, subject to a 5% transaction fee.

Coaching Packages:

Your purchase of coaching packages indicates your commitment to work with Zohara Palmer Personal Life Coach Ltd on delivering you with the Coaching Package selected. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Zohara Palmer Personal Life Coach Ltd. We ask the Client to be faithful to their commitment, and we commit to offering refunds when needed. 

In general, the following guidelines shall govern refund policies:

  1. The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to info@zoharalifecoach.co.uk.

  2. If unexpected circumstances arise, the Client may request to end coaching packages, if the sessions are not yet complete. The Client can request a refund for the amount of coaching sessions not yet logged. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.

Terminology and Interpretation

For the purposes of this agreement, the terms “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the individual accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The terms “The Business,” “The Company,” “Zohara Palmer Personal Life Coach Ltd,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” denote Zohara Palmer Personal Life Coach Ltd as the operating entity.

All references herein pertain to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to facilitate the delivery of our Coaching Packages to the Client. This may occur through online or in-person sessions of a predetermined duration, or through any other appropriate means, with the sole intent of addressing the Client’s needs in relation to the Company’s stated services and packages. All provisions shall be governed by and subject to the prevailing laws of the United Kingdom.

Additionally, any use of the terminology or other variations, including singular and plural forms, capitalizations, and gendered pronouns (he/she/they), shall be considered interchangeable and, therefore, as referring to the same entity.

This policy applies to all services offered on the website: www.zoharalifecoach.co.uk.

The Client may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and obtain a refund, subject to a 5% transaction fee. To initiate a cancellation, the Client must submit a request via email to info@zoharalifecoach.co.uk, clearly stating their intention to cancel, the reason for the cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement.

 

Refund reimbursements will be issued using the most suitable method, determined based on the Client’s circumstances and at the sole discretion of Zohara Palmer Personal Life Coach Ltd. A transaction fee of 5% of the refund amount will be deducted from all refunds.

If the Client chooses to cancel after commencing sessions or receiving services from Zohara Palmer Personal Life Coach Ltd, they may only request a refund for any remaining sessions or unused hours. Refunds will not be granted once all sessions or packages have been fully completed and the services have been fully rendered.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior by the Client, inappropriate or offensive conduct, or irresponsible or disrespectful actions. Zohara Palmer Personal Life Coach Ltd will provide the Client with notice of the reason for termination or modification, which will take effect immediately upon communication. In such cases, the issuance of a refund for any remaining, unused sessions or services will be at the sole discretion of Zohara Palmer Personal Life Coach Ltd.
